Using Individual PNG Images

(Works with any digital planning app)

Step 1 – Open your planner

Navigate to the page where you want to place your sticker.

Step 2 – Open files in split screen

Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad screen to open the dock, then drag the Files app into split-screen view.

Step 3 – Drag & drop your sticker

Locate the folder with your PNG stickers. Tap and hold the sticker you want, then drag and drop it directly onto your planner page in your preferred note-taking app.

Importing the GoodNotes File 

Navigating with hyperlinks

Step 1 – Open GoodNotes

From the home screen, tap the New (+) button.

Step 2 – Tap Import

Choose Import from the menu - this will open your Files app.

Step 3 – Locate your sticker book

Navigate to your downloaded file named GoodNotes Sticker Book and tap it. GoodNotes will automatically open the sticker book as a new notebook.

Using Stickers in GoodNotes

Linking to Apple Calendar & Reminders

Step 1 – Open the sticker book

Navigate to the GoodNotes sticker file you just imported.

Step 2 – Select the Lasso tool

From the top menu, choose the Lasso tool.

Step 3 – Copy your sticker

Draw a circle around the sticker you want, tap the selection, and choose Copy.

Step 4 – Paste into your planner

Open your planner page, stay on the Lasso Tool, then tap and hold anywhere on the page and choose Paste from the pop-up menu.
