General Use
What are digital planners?
Digital planners are interactive PDF files that you can use on digital devices like tablets, smartphones, or computers. They function like traditional paper planners but offer the convenience of being accessible anytime, anywhere, and come with features like hyperlinks for easy navigation.
What devices and apps do your planners work with?
Our planners are compatible with iPad, Android tablets, Kindle Scribe, Surface Pro, and other touch-screen devices. They work with most note-taking apps that support PDF annotation - including GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, CollaNote, Penly, Noteshelf, and more.
Do I need to purchase an app to use the planners?
You will need a PDF annotation app to use the planners effectively. Popular apps include GoodNotes (iOS), Notability (iOS), Noteshelf and Xodo (iOS and Android), Acrobat Reader (iOS, Android & Windows). Some of these apps are free, and others are available for a one-time fee.
Can I print the planner?
While our digital planners are designed for use on digital devices, you can print the pages if you prefer a physical copy. Keep in mind that the interactive hyperlinks will not function on printed versions.
Are your planners customizable?
While the layout and design of the planners are fixed, you can customize your entries, colors (using the PDF app’s tools), and notes as you wish. This allows you to make each planner truly your own!
What does “fully hyperlinked” mean?
It means all the tabs, buttons, and navigation links inside the planner are clickable and work like a digital navigation system - you can jump between months, sections, and layouts with a tap. In most apps, in order for the buttons to be clickable, you'll need to be in Read Only mode - please check the User Guide included with your purchase for more information.
Can I use the planner across multiple years?
Yes! Most of our planners are undated, meaning you can reuse them year after year. The 2025 Planner, however, is specifically designed for the 2025 calendar year but includes templates for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly planning to maximize your use.
Can I use the planner on multiple devices?
Yes! Once you’ve downloaded the planner, you can use it on any compatible device you own. Many PDF annotation apps also offer cloud syncing, so you can access your planner seamlessly across all your devices.
Can I share the planner or stickers with someone else?
Our products are for personal use only. You cannot resell, distribute, or share the files with others. If someone you know is interested in our products, we kindly ask that you direct them to our store.
How do I download my purchase?
After purchasing, you will receive a direct access to your downloads, as well as a download link in your email. Simply click the link to access your files and save them to your device. If you have any issues with downloading, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Do you provide setup instructions?
Yes, our planners and stickers come with an easy to follow step-by-step user guide.
Is there a refund or exchange policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please reach out if you encounter any issues, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Digital Stickers
How do digital stickers work?
Digital stickers are pre-designed graphics you can place into your digital planner. Our stickers come in two formats - as individual images, and as a GoodNotes sticker sheet. You can simply drag and drop the images onto your planner pages, or if you're using GoodNotes - import the sticker sheet and copy stickers into your planner.
Do digital stickers work on all apps?
Yes! Digital stickers work with any planning app that allows image copy/paste or drag/drop, including GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, Noteshelf, and app similar apps.
Can I resize and rotate stickers?
Absolutely! Once a sticker is placed in your planner app, you can resize, rotate, duplicate, and move it freely.
Do stickers come pre-cropped?
Yes, our stickers are pre-cropped and ready to use, meaning they are pre-cut and have a transparent background so that they can be layered on the planner pages.
How do I import stickers into my planning app?
Most annotation apps allow you to drag and drop images directly onto the planning pages. You can also import the GoodNotes sticker sheet into GoodNotes and copy/paste the stickers using the lasso tool. We provide a user guide with step-by-step instructions with your purchase.

What if I lose my download link?

The hyperlinks aren’t working, why?
Most note-taking apps have two modes: the Read Only mode which allows you to review your notes and navigate the planner, and the Writing mode - this mode allows you to use all the writing tools, including the pen tool, the type tool, the highlighter etc. The hyperlinks aren't accessible while you're in Writing mode, you need to switch to Read Only mode in order for the links and buttons to work..
I downloaded the file but can’t open it, what should I do?
Our planners are designed to be opened in a note-taking app, not viewed as a regular PDF. If it won’t open, make sure you’ve saved the file to your device and then open it from within your planning app(such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, etc.), rather than tapping it directly from your downloads folder.
The planner opens in my browser instead of my app, how do I fix this?
This is normal when you first download the file. Browsers can preview the planner, but hyperlinks won’t work there. To use the planner properly, save the file and import it into your note-taking app using the app’s Import or Open option.
I downloaded the file on the wrong device, can I download it again?
Yes. You can download your purchase again using your original download link and save it to the device you plan to use for planning. If you’ve lost your link or need help accessing your files, please get in touch and we’ll help.
