How to Start Your 2026 Glow-Up ✨
An intentional way to plan your days, habits, and routines
If you've made your way here from Pinterest, chances are you’ve been saving glow-up habits, morning routines, "that girl" checklists, or little resets you want to bring into your life.
I used to do the same... My Pinterest boards were full of routines and habits I genuinely loved. But for a long time, they stayed as inspiration rather than something I actually lived day to day. What changed things for me wasn’t motivation or willpower, but learning how to turn those ideas into simple, realistic plans that worked with my real life.
Why saving routines feels good, but doesn’t change anything
Saving habit checklists and routines feels so motivating. It gives you a vision of who you want to be and how you want your life to feel. But inspiration alone doesn’t create consistency. What actually makes the difference is having a simple place to return to, somewhere your ideas can live, evolve, and fit into your real schedule.
What a Real Life Glow-Up Actually Looks Like
A glow-up isn't a complete overhaul, it's about choosing a direction for your life and who you want to become, and supporting it with structure that feels clear and achievable. For most of us, the challenge isn’t motivation. It’s finding a way to plan our habits and routines so they feel doable, flexible and supportive, not overwhelming. That’s where intentional planning comes in.
1. Choose Simple Daily Habits
Not 20 new routines at once, just a few habits you can realistically fit into your day. It could be having an intentional morning routine, stretching or exercise, getting morning sunlight, journalling or reflection. Small habits, repeated consistently, create the biggest shifts.
2. One Beautiful Place to Plan
Instead of screenshots, scattered notes and various apps, everything lives in one place: your days, your habits, your routines. Having one clear planning space reduces decision fatigue and makes follow-through feel much easier.
3. Consistency > Perfection
You don’t need each day to be perfect. You need a system that welcomes you back after the imperfect ones. That’s how routines become part of your life, not something you start and stop.
