How I Design My Dream Life with a Digital Planner

At the start of each month, I create a smaller, more intentional vision:
What am I prioritizing this month?
What habits, energy, or mindset do I want to embody?
What would make this month feel successful and aligned?
This keeps me from trying to “do it all at once” and instead lets me live seasonally and intentionally. Each month becomes a fresh chapter instead of a rushed continuation.

Goal Setting That Feels Soft (But Actually Works)
Once the vision is clear, I move into goal setting but in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
I break my goals down into:
- Yearly goals - the big picture
- Monthly focus goals - what actually matters right now
Instead of setting unrealistic expectations, I ask myself:
What would genuinely move me closer to my dream life?
What can I commit to without burning out?
